By placing an order in this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
PRICES
Packages are listed in Philippine Peso. Prices may be subject to change without notice, and may vary from in store.
PAYMENTS
Payment is only through bank account deposit.
SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates only. Once collected by the courier, items become the responsibility of the customer. Our store is not responsible for missing or damaged packages or any incorrect shipping details supplied to us, although we will provide any information needed to locate the package.
AVAILABILITY
Items are only shown on the website if they are showing in stock in our stores. We do our best to keep stock as up to date as possible but occasionally experience inaccuracies. We will confirm your order through email notification and you will receive the progress updates in the same way.
DAMAGED GOODS / RETURN POLICY
We ensure the products we endorse to the courier are in best condition. For any cases that somehow what the customers received are obviously damaged, we are happy to facilitate the claim to the courier. However, the result of the claim will be based on the terms and conditions of the courier (New Zealand Post). Please communicate with us in case you want photo proofs when the courier receives it.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of orders must be put in writing. To cancel an order, please send an email with the details to jubaymarkcyril@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods. If the order has been forwarded already to the supplier, we will not be able to cancel it.
